Underground storage lock-up
Two lockable storage areas built and painted in the basement car park of a working hotel, fitted out with heavy-duty shelving to organise equipment.
The hotel was keeping furniture, equipment and stock loose across its underground car park. It took up bays, nothing was locked away, and finding anything meant a search. The brief was secure storage that the staff could actually keep organised.
We built two lockable storage areas in the car park, framed and lined around the services already running through the space, then painted them out so they sit cleanly in the basement.
Inside, heavy-duty shelving was built to suit what the hotel stores, so equipment has a set place and the floor stays clear.
